Spiritual Boosters of Regeneration

Beyond greenwashing, scams and compliance

Regeneration is the Next Sustainability

Regeneration goes beyond sustainability. If sustainability is about “doing less harm,” regeneration is about actively creating more life. It’s about increasing biodiversity, revitalizing ecosystems, and fostering thriving human and natural systems. This approach emphasizes abundance — happy people, empowered communities, flourishing landscapes, and prosperous economies.

But how does regeneration align with the paradigm shift happening globally — a rising planetary consciousness and a deeper sense of interconnectedness? How do we navigate this path while rejecting superficial greenwashing and meaningless compliance?

Here are spiritual boosters — deep principles and actions — to support and accelerate true regenerative transformation.

1. The Ultimate ‘War for Peace’ is Within Us

The greatest battle we face is an inner one. It is futile and childish to approach regeneration with emotions like victimization, anger, fear, revenge, sadness, pity or grief. These states of being cloud our judgment, block our creativity, and perpetuate harm. Inner peace and self-acceptance are prerequisites for connecting authentically to “what is” and contributing our unique value.

Why it matters:
When we embrace non-judgment, we shift into a state of flow. Acceptance and inner peace do not mean inaction; it means we see reality clearly and act from a place of purpose, calm, and alignment. Acceptance is the base for peace. Peace is the basic of calm, wise and efficient action.

Deal with your neurotics, because they are the main obstacle between you today, and your capacity to bring the best of yourself to the world.

“You cannot save the world if you are still fighting yourself”

2. Reconnect to Planet Earth — Love the ‘Pacha Mama’

Spiritual traditions, indigenous wisdom, and modern psychology science all agree: reconnecting with nature is essential. The Earth provides us with everything — food, water, air, and vitality. Well, she is physically — our mother. Of all of us. Even if we don’t respect her and realize it. Yet, we have severed this bond through industrialization, artificial ‘cultural’ borders, and consumerist marketing illusions which finally destroyed our iwn biotope, our own moither. We got lost. Now is the time to return to our source, to ‘the essentials’, to honor and love the planet that nourishes us. The indigenous people repeat it over and over. They say: “You people have to learn to find your happiness in activities which nourish and regenerate planet and people — instead of getting lost in activities which district them”.

Why it matters:
When we respect and care for the Earth, we receive vitality in return — physically, food and water, emotionally, and spiritually. Reconnection to nature heals not just ecosystems but also ourselves. If we persist in acting ‘separated’ from our mother earth, we will end up tired, exhausted, anxious. And our work — even with the best intentions — will be wasted and useless.

Action step: Spend time daily in nature — ground your feet on the soil, breathe the forest air, and observe the life around you.

3. Reconnect to Vegetation, Animals, and Minerals — Listen, Learn, and Share

Every element of nature — plants, animals, and even minerals — communicates and holds wisdom. My friend Oanh, for instance, speaks to them, and they respond. These living systems are sentient; they can thrive or suffer based on how we treat them. And… they answer (Oanh is willing from now on to share in small groups — apparently everyone can do so. Please MP is interested). They also can be happy or uncomfortable. Imagine the tragic consequences of this global unbalance and destruction if this is true. The massive bad energies floating around. On the other hand, please take a walk in a garden taken care by loving people. You will sense the difference, without any spiritual initiation…

Why it matters:
When we listen and care for nature with intention, we increase crop yields, biotope survival, and biodiversity. Gardens tended with love radiate harmony — you can feel it. On the other hand, when we neglect or destroy ecosystems, the energy imbalance creates ripple effects, leading to human suffering and economic loss. If we are unable to truly, lovingly connect, well, we will waste quite some time and money — but also, miss the opportunities to connect to the true magic of the vitality of nature.

“The Earth speaks to those who listen, and give back abundant vitality to those who recognize Her power.”

4. Work for a Greater Vision — Beyond the Ego

Self-serving ego-based leadership is outdated. Has-been. Regeneration calls for servant leaders — those who inspire by serving a purpose greater than themselves. Ego-driven goals limit progress, but when we align with larger visions — restoring ecosystems, uplifting communities, and healing the planet — resources flow effortlessly to those purposeful projects.

Why it matters:
People, partners, and organizations with substantial resources (land, money, knowledge) are drawn to those who serve higher, collective goals. That higher purpose becomes a magnet for allies and opportunities like never before. Ego- and fear-driven people will end up alone.

Action step: Ask yourself daily — how can my work serve something bigger than me?

5. Share the Best — Share the Learning

In the old paradigm, we took from nature without giving back and hoarded knowledge for profit, with patents, secrecy, kartels or monopolies. In the regenerative era, we must reverse this dynamic: give back to nature, earth, and share ideas freely so others can build upon them, and improve. When we share, we grow exponentially through collaboration. We exponentially find new solutions for our major social and environment as well as financial challenges. Sharing knowledge does not equal ‘losing’ something. It enables you to excel much faster.

Why it matters:
By opening up solutions, we create networks of allies who amplify impact. Together, we access new levels of creativity, abundance, and wisdom. Sharing knowledge builds a regenerative culture where everyone thrives. You will quickly detect what you are the best at, and how to monetize it. But… it is never visible at first sight. It takes a little bit of digging and ploughing.

“The more you give, the more you receive — in learning, allies, and progress.”

6. Bless the Water

Water is life. It flows through all living beings, carrying energy and information. Scientific studies confirm that water can be influenced by intention and emotion, impacting its quality. When you “bless” water with gratitude and positivity, you contribute to the health of those who consume it — plants, animals, people, and ecosystems. Also, living beings are between 65 and 75% made of water. So if you bless this blue gold, you will be blessed, if you curse it, you will be full of cursed water… Nobody wants to be stuffed with bad waste !

Why it matters:
Blessing water is a simple yet profound practice that raises vibrational energy. Healthy water nourishes life and strengthens regenerative systems, and irrigates your own body with blessings.

Action step: Bless the water when you drink, bathe, or swim. Speak words of gratitude — “Thank you for nourishing me and all life.”

7. Read the landscapes

Which area calls for what vegetation, which animal world, which urbanisation, what kind of water harvesting and flow ? Who knows. Well. An artist can hear the canvas call and scream for color, movement, images, designs. And, a “landscape reader” can hear, feel, see what is expected, called for, on land or mountain. Also, feel where there is underground water or rivers. If we don’t rely on them, we end up wasting quite some precious time and money, but also, we risk making bad mistakes. We can find these people in most unexpected places: with indigenous communities, shamans, in the desert,… But guess what, they do not have any website or Instagram account. They are there, waiting for the right time, for wisdom to appear. Like “Sleeper Agents”…

Why it matters:
If we want performant and thriving results, and not wasted time and money.

8. Act, Act, Act — Move with Purpose

Inner peace, vision, and connection are powerful, but regeneration requires action. Don’t wait. Begin with small, meaningful steps. Join forces with teams of passionate, like-minded individuals and do something, even small. Taking action builds momentum, attracts allies, and creates tangible results. It also is a fabulous way to reassure, to calm down, to gain confidence in oneself and trust in the future.

The best project results come from: people hungry for a positive future, who don’t know each other, who focus on fast-fun-fortunate results, in an area they don’t know.

The worst results come from: people who stay with think alikes, sure they know it all, in love with their project, thinking long term.

Why it matters:
Regeneration happens through movement — trial, error, learning, and improvement. Action is the bridge between intention and transformation.

“The planet doesn’t need perfection; it needs millions of imperfect people taking action.”

Conclusion: A Call to Action and Awakening

The era of regeneration invites us to transform not just ecosystems, but also ourselves. By cultivating inner peace, reconnecting with nature, serving greater visions, sharing knowledge, and taking inspired action, we unlock the spiritual boosters needed to co-create a thriving world.

Your role is simple but powerful:

  • Heal yourself.
  • Respect and love the Earth.
  • Act with purpose and lovingly reconnect with the living.
  • Share your journey.

Let us know about your experiences and other spiritual keys for regeneration. Together, we can move beyond greenwashing and compliance to create more life, more joy, and more abundance for all.

“The future thanks those who regenerate — not just the land or environment, but the spirit of humanity.”
