For millenia, indiginous communities are worshipping Mother Earth. Every day, every instant.
From 1492, the 4 tribes of North Colombia were “chased” into the Sierra Nevada mountains by the spanish pirates and conquistadores — whist their land gets stolen. They were massacred in mass because they had lots of gold. The spanish queen was happy… The church too.
It went on actually, fior centuries: enslavery, theft of their sacred land, and finally, massive pristine spaces destroyed in the 20th century by mining industry, and deforestation for cattle.
Sierra Nevada of Santa Marta, sacred heart of the world — its secret prophecy revealed: Why and what is it, and how would it work ? What does it mean for us ? And… can we become a player of the Prophecies as well ? The answer is yes, for those who really chgose to contribute in this era, to transition into a more conscious, wise and regenerative world.
The story
Davos 2024.
I get there through a common friend, in a panel for Family Offices organized by our partner Eduardo Esparza, who runs a hedge fund, and founder of “Blue Dot” after a wake up call reading the Chatham Report.
I met quite some people there — as well as got quite some critics of being there by my own community, afraid that I would “sell my soul to the devil”. I did not — well on the contrary. I met some beautiful people, really and sincerely willing to help their country. They are not the majority, but lets say, 1–2% (that is more than enough for a start).
We started an Extrapreneurs session with mexican and columbian teams, with quite some success, and after Eduardo met with the local Arhuaco’s, we decided to accelerate the Extrapreneurs projects (now 15 projects carried by >36 extrapreneurs, ran by Ana Pediet from Venezuela with the help of Orianne Corman from Portugal). Every week we have more participants !
In Belgium, every week we would lose participants. Tells a lot about the “fall of the western empire”.
This august… Eduardo and his team organized the “Regenerative Alliance Summit” for a small selected visionary group, where we presented their work, and project our mutual visions whilst meeting with the local columbians and Arhauaco’s. And, as we cancelled our 12th Systemic Economy Summit, sick and tired of the flabbiness of the belgian public (flatlined by stress, anxiety and short term urgencies), we shifted advantageously that edition, on a REAL summit. The movie team of Indrani Pal-Chaudhuri, well known movie maker working on her next documentary on Regeneration, was there to shoot.
The trip
Brussels-Madrid-Bogota-Valledupar. I flew, just before arriving, over mega open air mines. Remember, we are in one of the most pristine biodiverse places on the planet. Boum. Massive, accelerated destruction ongoing for our car batteries, laptops and phones. Impossible to miss. On the
I flew directly to Valledupar, and as the crew was already in Nabusimake, sacred headquarters of the Arhuaco’s , I found a 4X4 to drive me straight up there, who I wouldn’t miss the sacred ceremonies. By drive, I mean, hm, it was more like a 2 hours surrealistic and very dangerous 45° climb on 3 wheels… I hereby declare my driver Orlando « master car alpinist ». I arrived there and participated straight to the ceremonies under the sacred tree with the mamo’s and their community. We were in Avatar for real.
But then, the next day, the asked: “but when did you arrive ?” I said “well, straight”. They answered that never ever anyone succeeded to go up in one day, because of the energy levels needing decompression stages.
Poporo
It is a strange object, which they use in a continuous way, to “connect”. It connects the bottom of the ocean with smashed shells, (black) antimatter, and the material world as well as the whole vegetal world.
That meditation offers them connexion to the planet earth, the “Mother”, as well as visions, continuously, like on a small TV interface.
Now, imagine the anchored energy of tens of thousands of them, meditating on regenerating the planet, since millenia, registered into the rock…
The signs
I had many signs, that “we were right”. Just before the ceremony under the sacred tree, at 5 am, a magnificent shooting star appearedn and ended up in blue and orange fluffy sparkles. One of our new friends, Crystal, worked on chronos and kairos time management (as I did in “The Values of Time” my bestseller in 2004). They also suggested to put “positive vibes” into all the Regenerative Islands, and interconnect them so to create a worldwide “energy grid” between them. It was already on our agenda. Also, the notion of “soul family” was very clear. I gathered mine already. We extended it…
The secret prophecy:
Since 500 years, they say (in short): “One day, some white people will come and really help us regenerate the world, and make it right”. Maybe we have a role in this one. As a matter of fact, most religions and wisdom communities have prophecies — and… they kind of converge: (a) The end of times (b) Shocks (c) The beginning of a new era.
The reason
We kind of destructed our own mother. Now, it is “fighting back”. Surprize or not? Now, the annoying thing is that we lost trust in our own mother, the earth, we even are afraid of it: tornado’s, floods, draughts, earthquakes,…
The key is “reconnexion” with the earth. Reconnect with our mother because abundance, food and water comes from her.
The wisdom keepers can help us with that.
The choice
The choice is ours. Individually, one by one. No-one is going to tell us what to do, except us experiencing it. Some can guide, help. The mamo’s do so.

0. SHARE VISION
We NEED to share the same vision, and by gathering all our talents, experiences, we will be able to work together as a global family, if we want to succeed in shifting consciousness on this planet, towards a more coherent and harmonious, loving life.
1. POSITIVE DIVERSITY
We need to listen all differents views and opinions from all members in order to tune them and create a real impact without efforts. The more it’s different, the best it is. More of the same will more polarize, no progress or innovation possible, just ego and short term reassuring.
2. ACCEPT AND UNDERSTAND PAST
We need to transform our inherited traumas, within communities too, written by history. Personal and social. Watch them with acceptance. They have a purpose too. Let’s turn them into strengths.
3. LEARN WHEN ITS HARD
When it goes square, it’s the moment we will learn the most. Our vigilance should be focused on the places where there is friction, difficulty, blocking. Our discernment and expertise should point out where it blocks, and why. Fast.
4. ABOVE EGOS
A goal, purpose, vision, that stands above egos, based on tangible realities, is the best way to thrive together.
5. PROGRESS AND HEAL
When we are hurt in action, check the wound that was touched, and see what it invites you to. Meditate and ask for/ work on deep healing. It has a purpose. It shows something important. It can become a strenghth.
6. MULTIPLE RESOURCE SHARING
Stakeholders Collaboration on long term goes with multiple resource exchange, tangible and intangible, 3D being better than 2D. Resilient alliances and collaborations are better in multiple, network, ecosystem-based form. Resources and needs can be shared in cascade, on multiple levels, carried by a vision, a purpose rising above individual egos.
7. PROGRESS IS THE GOAL
The ultimate goal of collaboration is always progressing as an individual and as a group. Like in nature, the drive is fulfillment, opening up, manifesting, thriving, offering flowers and fruits of each one and each group.
8. FUN FAST PERFORMANT, IN AUTONOMY
Collaboration should be fun, with fast results, and performant for all stakeholders. Because complex, difficult, fearful, anxiogene, boring, slow, and inefficient will quickly exhaust the participants.
9. BRING AND SHARE
Bring something of your own to the group, and get ready to share with others.
10. GENERATE MORE THAN EXTRACT
Collaboration should create more value than it destructs.
11. FOLLOW THE SLOWEST
We need to tune our energies and follow the slower instead of forcing the slower to follow the faster (it is a principle applied when you walk on glaciers and mountains).
Anyway, slow down, to see what truly matters. The capitalist society is lost in “horizontal time”, with this gigantic confusing element of ‘money’.
12. SEE THE ROOT, NOT THE FRUIT
In order to make a better impact, we need to use our systemic intelligence and not focus on the symptom but find the root of the symptom, accept the information to melt it and transform it in an opportunity.
13. CONNECT TO ‘VERTICAL TIME’
Try to enter (at least once in a while) the so-called ‘vertical time’. Enter in the present moment, slowly, whilst connecting to Earth and to the Whole. This helps discernment and offers a beautiful and nice feeling of ‘wholeness’.
