“Our “Secret Ingredients” to Change the World in 5 Years

--

Club of Brussels and Kairos Multisolutions have embarked on a mission to succeed where others have failed to deal with challenges — the UN with its Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the EU with the Green Deal and 1.800 billion euro post-COVID plans. However, we’ve chosen a different approach: from the bottom up, rather than the top down.

With 22 years of preparation, research, and a deep understanding of paradigm shifts, the time has come to take action. Together, we join forces with those who genuinely care about the future: the youth, smart serial entrepreneurs, a handful of wise Gen X and baby boomers, and, notably, the world’s most vulnerable communities.

To ensure our success, we’ve identified key principles that guide our path:

  1. Reconnecting with Nature: Our first step is to reconnect with the Earth, acknowledging it as our home. Nature’s abundance and generosity serve as a reminder, and it’s a gathering place for communities. Food autonomy, reforestation, seeds, healthy soils,… We believe that real change doesn’t happen from the confines of a sterile apartment.
  2. Action-Oriented Projects: We prioritize tangible projects that yield quick results, inviting groups of humble people to participate. Enough blablabla.
  3. Community and Solidarity: We embrace the idea that we are stronger together. Connecting with like-minded and like-hearted individuals empowers groups and accelerates progress. We’ve abandoned the idea of working with egoists or neurotic egos.
  4. Fun and Positivity: We infuse fun into our efforts, using it as a source of energy during challenging times. This approach makes our journey meaningful and efficient. We’ve steered clear of collaborating with dull, boring, stiff, stressed, fearful, whining, or victimized individuals.
  5. Learning from Champions: We avoid reinventing the wheel. Instead, we strive to enhance existing solutions and learn from those who have excelled. By offering feedback on how we’ve improved their solutions, we foster mutual progress and express gratitude for their work.
  6. Job Creation: We believe in creating jobs and adding value to society. These valuable contributions can be intangible, but also financial, enabling everyone to make a living. Profitable solutions already exist, and we’ve moved forward without waiting for external financial support. We understand that recognition and monetary rewards follow value creation. If it’s not performant or profitable, it will not happen anyway.
  7. Global Collaboration: While initially staying off the radar may have some benefits, we recognize the power of belonging to a larger, global project with significant impact. We’ve joined a coalition of humble, dedicated changemakers worldwide. We will not do anything alone any more. We surf in groups.
  8. Intention, Values, and Cohesion: Individual and collective intentions align with our deepest values. We’ve collectively addressed challenges, committing to bringing our best efforts to succeed and maintaining the vision, even when times get tough. This creates a ‘collective vortex’ of thriving energy, attracting like-minded individuals and protecting us from jealousy, cynicism, theft, and opportunism. Group coherence through deep values is the key.
  9. Peer-to-Peer Connecting: We connect individuals and solution holders from diverse backgrounds and cultures, internationally, intersectorial and intergenerationally, without quick judgments or negative talk. Every person has untapped potential that accelerates our projects.
  10. Human Values and Universal Energy: We emphasize our shared humanity, regardless of differences in color, religion, belief, gender, or age. We only collaborate with individuals who appreciate their role in a greater whole, remain humble, and channel energies beyond their own egos, such as Earth’s vital energy and universal consciousness, and practical wisdom.

With these principles and the following additional components, we are set to change the world in 5 years:

  • A philosophy: Empower individuals to thrive and offer their best to the world.
  • A school of new economic thinking: CLUB OF BRUSSELS.
  • A model: Systemic Economy, regeneration of people, nature, and job creation.
  • A methodology: Two-month co-entrepreneurial sprints known as EXTRAPRENEURS.
  • A knowledge base of top solutions with a marketplace: KAIROS MULTISOLUTIONS.
  • A strategy: Quadrupling progress every semester… for the next 5 years.
  • A currency for regeneration: The KAIROS token.

A few figures :

  • Spring 2022: Establishing 3 Regeneration Islands in 2 countries (Belgium and DRCongo)
  • Fall 2022: Expanding to 11 Regeneration Islands across 7 countries.
  • End of 2023: Launching 50 Regeneration Islands in 25 countries on 4 continents.
