Are all lobbies in Brussels part of the problem ? Or…

After losing all my naivety last year.

Brussels is the capital of lots of things, beyond the Kingdom of Belgium.

Benelux, EU, NATO, with attached diplomacy, but also a few thousands of federations, associations and lobbies. Most of them will ‘say’ they are going for ESG, SDG, CSRD. If we scratch the surface a little, we can easily see that it is a last try to pull the strings of rent-seeking industries. Today, more than ever, we are in a run for “scramble to survive”, every man for himself. Massive extraction of resources in the most pristine countries, provoking wars where pragmatic intelligence has topped, lying for the sake of pulling the last dime out of outdated business models…

But I still cannot believe all of the people inside those lobbies are “bad”.

There should exist genuine, ethical, sincere, positive people out there.

Where are they ?
